T. Joe Kemp passed away Sunday, May 23, 2010. He was born on September 15, 1952 in Big Spring, TX to Ed and Peggy Kemp.

Joe is survived by his children: Heather Kemp Silfies and husband Ryan of California, Joshea Kemp Weeks of Odessa, and Payton Kemp of Odessa. His mother Peggy Jo Kemp of Hamilton, TX. Brother C.D. Kemp and sister Lynn Beshear and husband Tex of Hamilton, TX his grandkids Lynze Silfies, Kadyn Weeks, Trystan Weeks, and Briley Kemp.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 from 12 P.M. Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 2 P.M. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
