Terry Hudson

Terry Lee Hudson, 67 of Odessa died Friday, March 18, 2011 at Medical Center Hospital. He was born December 31, 1943 in Rotan, Texas to Alvin Chester and Dora Agnes Jenkins Hudson. The family moved to Odessa in 1952 and he was a 1963 graduate of Permian High School. He earned his associates degree as an electrical engineer from Odessa College. Terry worked as an electrician for Dixie Electric, General Tire and Rubber, El Paso Products and he retired from Huntsman in 2005 as an electrician. Terry served in the U.S. Army from 1966 1968. He was a member of Highland United Methodist Church. He married Judy Diane Bailey in Odessa on July 31, 1964.

Survivors include his wife Judy Hudson of Odessa daughter Kristi Graham and husband Rob of Richardson son, Darren Hudson of Odessa, father, Alvin Hudson of Las Vegas, NV sisters, Linda Everhart and husband Ed of Sweetwater, Debbie Gann and husband George of Odessa brotherinlaw, Jerry Bailey of Odessa and Jimmy Bailey and wife Kay of Dublin, TX. Grandchildren Brittany and Ashley Graham, Toby Hudson and DeAnna Hudson. Numerous nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Chapel with Rev. Donita Lea and Rev. David Weyant officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens with military honors. Visitation will be 6:00 8:00 PM on Monday, March 21, 2011.
