Theda Huber

Theda Frances Huber, age 93, of Odessa, passed away at her home December 13, 2016,

Theda was born March 27, 1923 to Roy and Sudie Garrett of Phoenix, Arizona, where she met and married Stanley Paul Huber on March 27, 1942. They moved to Odessa in 1952 and began farming vegetables in north Odessa. Theda is a long time member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was always positive despite battling numerous bouts with cancer. She always looked at life as her cup being half full instead of half empty.

Theda is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Huber and her son, Stanley Wayne Huber.

She is survived by her daughter Susan and husband Bryce Shiner, her son Brent and wife Reba Huber. Theda loved her three children, fourteen grandchildren, forty two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Visitation will be at 10:00 am, December 20, 2016 at the church prior to the service.

Funeral Service are to be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Odessa at 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 20, 2016 with Bishop Kurt Coombs officiating.
