Thomas Tommy Glenn Thomas of Odessa went to be with our Lord and Savior on March 1, 2014. Tommy was born on December 7, 1982 in Odessa, TX. He was a 2001 graduate of Permian High School, and a graduate of the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.

Visitation will be from 6:008:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Pleasant Valley in May, Texas at 2:00 P.M.

Tommy is survived by his dad, Harold Q. Thomas, and his wife Teri of Brownwood, TX his mom, Suzan Sands, and her husband, Rodney of Odessa, TX brother, Kenneth E. Thomas, his wife, Kimberly, and nephew, Kason, of Boerne, TX sister, Heather A. Anderson, and her husband, Matthew, of Hampton, VA stepsister, DeShea L. Nixon, and her husband, Joey, of Odessa, TX stepbrother, Cyle Bevers, of Odessa, TX stepsister, Afton SandsPuryear, her husband, Geoffrey, and nephew, Declan, of Cedar Park, TX stepbrother, Parker Sands, his wife, Ashley, and nephew, Keller, of Abilene, TX stepbrother, Carson Sands, and his wife, Teran of Plano, TX grandmother, Bobbie J. Thomas of Odessa, TX granddad, Glenn Wiersma, of Odessa, TX a stepgranddad, Bob Roberts, of Odessa, TX and numerous family members and friends.

Tommy was preceded in death by his granddad, Everett R. Thomas, of Brownwood, TX, a grandmother, Joyce Wiersma, of Odessa, TX, and stepgrandma, Phyllis A. Roberts, of Odessa, TX.

Tommys favorite things to do were playing the drums and being in the outdoors fishing at the lake.
