Tracy Clinkenbeard, Sr.

Tracy Clinkenbeard, Sr., 89, of Odessa, passed away on January 9, 2017 in Odessa, TX.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 4:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Clydell Chapman of Northside Baptist Church officiating

Tracy Clinkenbeard, Sr. was born in Prague, OK to Smith and Mae Clinkenbeard on July 9, 1927. He married Faye Haskins Clinkenbeard on December 7, 1946 in Stroud, OK. They were married 42 years until her death in 1989. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the US Army from 1952-1954 earning the rank of Corporal. Tracy owned many businesses but is best known for his Striping and Road Construction business named after himself.

Tracy is preceded in death by his brother, Don; one son, Bobby Jo; both parents; and his wife, Faye.

Tracy is survived by son, Tracy Clinkenbeard, Jr. and wife, Kim: son, Terry Clinkenbeard and wife, Tina: and daughter Reba McBride and husband, Russell a.k.a. Orville: grandchildren, Jonathan and wife, Montserratt Topete Clinkenbeard; Jessica and husband, Alec Ross; and Jericho McBride.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tracy Clinkenbeard, Jr., Terry Clinkenbeard, Jonathan Clinkenbeard, Jericho McBride, Russell McBride, G.W. Hanson, and Alec Ross.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Midland would be greatly appreciated.
