Valorin Rodriguez

Valorin M. Rodriguez, age 42, of Odessa, TX, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018 in Kermit, TX.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm, Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mark Zuniga officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Valorin was born February 14, 1975 to Antonio Howard Salgado and Margarita (Velasquez) Salgado in Kermit, TX. She attended school at Kermit Elementary and Kermit Middle School. As a teen she was involved in organizations such as band, where she played the clarinet. Valorin married her husband, Juan Antonio Rodriguez on February 14, 2003 and they raised five children. Juan and Valorin were together long before their marriage and they spent 24 loving years with each other. Valorin was a regular member of the New Life Chapel Church.

Valorin was a loving wife and mother to all of her children. She was involved in all their sports and band activities. Her husband and her children were her entire world.

Valorin is survived by her loving husband, Juan Antonio Rodriguez; her five children, Victor Jevon Montes, Nikki Renae Rodriguez, ReAnna Nicole Rodriguez, John Jacob Rodriguez, and Jayden Rae Rodriguez; her parents Antonio and Margarita Salgado; sisters Vannina Rae Velasquez, Angelita Marie Ruiz, Mckayla Salcido, and 4 nieces and 6 nephews.
