Vanessa Burleson

Vanessa Sue Renfro Burleson, age 30, of Odessa, passed away on May 1, 2013 in Odessa, Texas.

Vanessa was born on September 17, 1982 in Oklahoma City Oklahoma to Robert and Sherry Renfro. She was a fighter. She was born with Myasthenia Gravis, and was a source of daily strength for her father. She was a daddys girl.

She grew up in Odessa and attended Gonzales Elementary, Nimitz Jr. High School and Permian High School. She graduated from Midland College with a nursing degree.

Vanessa met and married the love of her life, Justin Allen Burleson on May 21, 2005. This union produced a son, Bradyn Allen Wayne Burleson and eighteen months later came the triplet girls. Addisyn Sue Burleson, Braylea Ann Burleson and Jayci Nicole Burleson.

She was preceded in death by J.C. Burleson, Letha and Lester Allen, Jimmy and Nellie Jo Ray.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, husband, Justin Allen Burleson Son, Bradyn Allen Wayne Burleson daughters, Addisyn Sue, Braylea Ann and Jayci Nicole Burleson, all of the home parents, Sherry and Robert Renfro of Odessa, Texas brother, Charles Robert Renfro and his fianc Shellie Whitlock sister, Ashley Nicole Renfro, and niece Aubree Nicole Renfro, all of Odessa motherinlaw and fatherinlaw, Richard and Julia Burleson of Odessa brotherinlaw, Cody Burleson sistersinlaw and brothersinlaw Stephanie and Jose Gardea, Tony, and Misty Brooks and numerous nieces and nephews grandparents Charles and Jen Ann Allen of Gainsville, Texas and Romia Burleson of Odessa, Texas numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and second cousins.

Visitation will be from 2:004:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home,
6801 East Highway 80, Odessa, Texas 79762. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 6, 2013 at Crossroads Fellowship Church with Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Thanks to Home Hospice Staff, and her patients that she cared for, present and past for all of the love they share. Special thanks to MDA and Donna Veach for their special care of Vanessa with her neuromuscular disease, Myasthenia Gravis.
