Vivian R. Crawford

Vivian Ruth Crawford, 92, of Odessa Texas, passed away on January 17, 2024.

Funeral services will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home on January 20, 2024, at 1pm.

Vivian was born on January 28, 1931, in Burkburnett Texas to Lola Risinger and John Andrew Suttles. She graduated from Burkburnett High School in 1948 where she was part of the Choral Club and was voted the most beautiful by her classmates. In 1949 she married Eugene Cypert in Burkburnett Texas. Born of the marriage was Vincent, and Cyd. Along with raising two children, she worked in business accounting during the course of her carrier spanning four decades. She faithfully served the Lord and contributed to her church’s community until her passing. She was an avid volunteer and enjoyed playing card games with friends. Vivian is preceded in death by Eugene and Vincent Cypert.

Vivian is survived by her daughter Cyd, her four grandchildren Holley, John, Rebecca, and Micah and her two nieces Teri and Kathy.

The family of Vivian Crawford would like to extend our sincerest thanks to the doctors and nurses who cared for her and to Home Hospice for ensuring her comfort in her final days.
