Vivian Lucille Brown Leo
Vivian Nannie Leo, 89, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family, Saturday, January 19 2013, in Ft. Worth, Texas. Vivian was a long time resident of Odessa, Texas.
Vivian was born, April 17, 1923, in Woodson, Texas to William Mitchell Brown and Martha Louise Hunt Weatherby Brown, and had 13 brothers and sisters. She graduated from Woodson High School, and on July 4, 1941, she married the love of her life, John Leo. She was an LVN by profession, and was the ultimate caregiver to patients and family.
Vivian was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother, and aunt. She loved God and lived His faith throughout her life. Over the years, she was an active member of local Baptist churches wherever she lived. During their retirement years Vivian and John visited 49 states, including Hawaii, in their travel trailer adventures and enjoyed their trips to Europe and Canada.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, John Leo, and their loving daughter, Patricia Ann Cazee Trimm 9 brothers: Charlie Weatherby, Jody Weatherby, Bill Brown, Joe Brown, Boonie Brown, Edgar Brown, Doc Brown, Silas Brown and George Brown and 3 sisters: Fannie Lou Sis Wright, Syble Anthony, and Nellie Reeves.
Survivors: Son, Charles Leo and wife Donna, of Ft. Worth. Grandchildren: Chad Cazee of New York City, Brandi Cazee Adkins and husband Mickey of Springtown, Kelly Wilson of Arlington, and Johnathan Leo of Ft. Worth. Great Grandchildren: Mickenna Ann Adkins and soontobe Macie Lucille Adkins. Brother and SisterinLaw: Moody Brown and Dorothy, numerous nieces and nephews, and her very special friend, Mary Bryant.
Vivian is now strolling in Heaven with John and Pat, where trouble and heartaches have vanished away
Funeral: 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 23, 2013, Life Change Baptist Church, Odessa, Texas, with the Rev. Johnny Thomason officiating. Interment will be after the service at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Odessa, Texas.
Visitation: 68 PM Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home.
