W. Miller

Gene Miller passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016. He was 81.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Gene was born to William Jackson Miller and Jewel America Williams on November 20, 1934 in Reagan, TX.

Gene started working in a print shop when he was 15, and it became a life-long career. He retired as owner/operator of Miller/Gold Printing. He was a long-time member of Odessa Country Club and was an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Odessa.

Gene is preceded in death by Theresa, his wife of over 49 years, his granddaughter, Jaymi Montgomery, and his parents, Jack and Jewel Miller.

He is survived by son David (Arlene), daughter Lynn Brooker (Glenn), son Mike (Terri), grandchildren, Justin, Benjamin, Nathan, Holly, Bryan, Bailey, Emma, and Michael, 14 great-grandchildren, his special friend Carol Weaver, and many others who loved him.
