Wayne Anderson

Wayne Anderson, 68, of Odessa, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023, in Odessa, TX.

Visitation will be from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, June 16, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Larry May of Eisenhower Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Wayne was born in Cisco, TX, to Betty Archer on September 3, 1955. He went to school at Hobbs HS in Hobbs, NM, and was married to Pamela Benefield on September 10, 1976, in Odessa, TX. Wayne worked as an oilfield salesman for 40 years.

Wayne is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Archer Gunn; brother, Bobby Anderson; brother, Eli Anderson; and numerous extended family.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Pamela Anderson; daughter, Crissy Bell, and husband, Jason Bell; son, Aaron Anderson, and wife, Celina Anderson; son, Roger Anderson; son, Justin Anderson, and partner, Justin Arnold; brother, Mike Anderson; sisters, Ella Fouts, and husband Chris Fouts; Missy Jo Hill, and husband, Ed Hill; Angel Anderson; father, Paul Gunn; and grandchildren, Breanne Bell, Emilie Bell, and Austin Bell.

The pallbearers will be Jason Bell, Aaron Anderson, Roger Anderson, Justin Anderson, Justin Arnold, Austin Bell, Mike Anderson, and Keewan Thomas.
