William Michael Glover

William Michael Glover, 72, of Kingsland, TX, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at home in Odessa, TX.

Michael was born in Odessa, TX to William Harvey & Dorothy Jean “McCall” Glover on April 15, 1951.  He graduated in 1969 from Permian High School and later attended TSTI in Sweetwater.  He looked forward to hunting every deer season with his sister and niece and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  “Wunca” especially enjoyed his time with his great-nephews telling tall tales of the good ‘ol days. 

He thrived on helping others by fixing most anything that was broken.  His best skills included working on lawn equipment, sprinkler systems and vehicles.  He took pride in keeping the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood and I just hope we can make him proud and continue to keep it that way!

Michael is proceeded in death by his father, WH “Bill” Glover; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Jean “McCall” Glover; sister, Deborah Ridge and husband, Rusty; niece, Jennifer Evans and husband Michael; and two great-nephews, Ethan & Jaxon Henager.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or any charity of your choice.
