William Hennington, Sr.

William Edward Hennington, Sr., 73, passed away on September 28, 2009 in Odessa.

He was born in El Paso, Texas on February 19, 1936. He served in the Air Force from 1955 to 1964.

William is survived by his wife of 47 years, Eleanor Hennington of Odessa; daughters, Kathleen Hocutt and husband Glen of Odessa, Elizabeth Huski and husband Eric of Ft. Worth, Kimberly Parrott and husband Greg of Lubbock; son, William Hennington, Jr. and wife Corrie of Ft. Worth; grandchildren, Zackary and Zane Hamilton, Matthew Hocutt, Sarah, Keith and Emily McCormick, Aubrey, Grace, Lukas, Landon, and Allyna Huski, Hailey and Harris Hennington, Heather and Hunter Parrott; step-sister, Jennifer Colwell of Midland.

William was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Hennington and father W. Ijie Hennington; step-mother, Mary Hennington and Brother Thomas Hennington.

Graveside services are scheduled for 9:00 AM Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Garden.
