Yuvonne Miller

Yuvonne McDonnell Miller, age 80, devoted mother, grandmother, and teacher will be greatly missed. She went to be with her Lord Jesus on January 10, 2013 in Odessa, Texas.

She was born Oct 13, 1932 in Lamesa, TX. She married D.A. Miller Dec. 30, 1952, and he died June 4, 1999 in Odessa. She taught Special Ed for 25 years at Permian High and was a member of Mission Dorado Baptist Church.

Survivors are son, Lance Miller and wife, Debra of Iraan two daughters, Linda Coker and husband, Todd of Magnolia, and Laura Spann and husband, Quinn of Carrollton 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter brother, Wayne McDonnell of Houston. She was preceded in death by one brother, Millard McDonnell, Jr., one son, DWayne Miller, and one granddaughter, Kelsi Miller.

Visitation will be from 911 AM, Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Mission Dorado Baptist Church, with Rev. Bob Bratcher officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mission Dorados new educational wing.
